Open Level & Adult Dance Classes (Ages 16+) Drop-In & Punch Card Options Available | All Training Backgrounds Welcome Movement, Community, and Growth at Any Stage Our Open Level & Adult classes are designed for dancers ages 16 and up, welcoming all levels of previous training. These classes provide a supportive environment to build technique, improve coordination, and enjoy the art of movement- whether you’re returning to dance, cross-training, or stepping into class for the very first time. Classes are thoughtfully structured to meet dancers where they are, with open-level options for everyone and select drop-in classes tailored toward those with more experience (as noted in individual class titles). Flexible scheduling options, including punch cards and drop-in rates, make it easy to train on your own terms while still benefiting from professional instruction. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself or simply rediscover the joy of dance, these classes offer both growth and community. Dance at your pace. 💫
Actor Movement For the teacher or professional actor who want to expound their knowledge of movement. These classes will be offered as a weekly drop-in with periodic workshops or intensives in different actor movement techniques. Come explore with us and become a master of your own transformations!
